Diversity & Inclusion Statement

When picking a business to work with, many look for those who have similar values. It’s important for me to let my clients know what’s important to me and what I value.

Black lives matter, no questions asked. The unjust killings and imprisonment of Black people must end.

Boston is a melting pot. According to the US Census, 25.3% of Boston’s population is Black and another 9.6% is Asian. It’s important to me that everyone is represented when showcasing love around Boston.

There are so many beautiful people from all walks of life. How anyone could harbor hate toward anyone is beyond me.

You are no less of a human being because of your race, sexuality, identity, disability, or religion.

Love is love. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly space. The only requirement I have is you be in love. If you are in love I will absolutely photograph you.

Accessibility is important for many reasons. It’s supposed to be a stress-free day and the last thing I want you to worry about is limited access to where we’re working.

I want you to be comfortable while we work together. It’s a judgment-free zone where you are free to be yourself. Expressing yourself is important and I want you to do so freely.

It’s important to me that you know where I stand, so you never have to hold your back when expressing yourself.

With love,

Erin
